Seumas O’Kelly
Seumas O’Kelly (1881-1918) is best remembered as the author of a much anthologized short story The Weaver’s Grave. As editor of the Southern Star he was the youngest Irish editor of his day. His plays, all staged at The Abbey, include The Parnellite, Meadowsweet, and The Bribe.
