Before moving to our new headquarters Turtle Point Press hosted art shows in its tiny pink-walled office in New York’s landmark Woolworth Building. Our focus was on art by poets and writers or art that deals with reading, book design and the nature of the book.
Past Turtle Point Press openings have featured art by Gregory Botts, Trevor Winkfield, Alejandro Cesarco, Duncan Hannah, Star Black, Sarah Plimpton, Bruce Weber, Elaine Equi, Jeff Clark, David Shapiro, Thomas Evans, David Alexander, Jeff Joyce, and the Estate of Charles Henri Ford.
Recently we supplemented office exhibits with an online gallery – our first online art exhibit featured snapshots of New York Literary Figures by Indra Tamang. Enjoy the show!
